What data is processed

This website has no forms. Only the following is processed:

• The data you send when you write by email, WhatsApp or social media: your name, how to reach you, your brand or company and whatever you include in your message.
• The server's technical logs (IP address, browser, page and date), kept for a limited time for security.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to you and to prepare or manage the collaboration you propose (pre-contractual steps at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep the website secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

For how long

For as long as the conversation or collaboration lasts and, afterwards, only for the time required by law.

Who it is shared with

No one, unless required by law. If you write by email, your message passes through Cloudflare, which forwards it to Kari's Gmail inbox (by Google). If you write on WhatsApp, it is handled by Meta. These services process your messages under their own policies, with the safeguards of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to ugc@karicamu.com. If you believe they have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools. It only stores in your browser, for the duration of your visit, that you have already seen the loading screen, so it is not repeated. It is deleted when you close the tab.
